- February 16th - Bearington Spring 2010
The latest designs just arrived from Bearington’s USA Spring Collection of very pretty bears beautifully
dressed in flowery summer hues.
- March 23rd - GANZ Bears
Fabulous bears from America, superb quality and very very cuddly.
We will be showcasing the latest arrivals from their famous Ganz Heritage Collection as well as
huge run out specials on the last remaining Ganz Cottage Collectable Range which are now retired.
- April 13th - Russ Bears Australia
Russ are serious about regaining the awesome reputation they had for making good collectable bears at prices that all collectors could afford. In the coming year we have been promised new designs that will please many folk who used to collect the Russ Bears from the Past and Vintage Bear ranges.
Join us for the first new release of the Russ 2010 Range.
- May 4th - Doll Collectors Heaven
Just in time for Mothers Day, a huge selection of beautiful dolls at super special prices just for this event.
- May 18th - Hermann Coburg Limited Editions
The favourite event for lovers of German limited edition collectable bears.
Hermann Coburg makes the most delightful themed bears and we will have the latest designs from this famous maker in a special showcase event.
- June 15th - Settler Bears
Australia’s own Settler Bears are possibly the most sought after collections of dressed bears on the market today. Season 11 is outstanding with 13 new collections and we know if you are a fan of these beautifully dressed bears you won’t be disappointed in this release.
- July 13th - Me to You - Tatty Teddies
The latest designs in this fabulous English series of teddy bears and animals, Generation 3 is all new and
is full of wonderful surprises including a new longer thicker plush pile fabric.
We will have the opportunity for our members to get a sneak preview of the new range even before it is officially released at the August Gift Fair.
- August 17th - Charlie Bears - Bears with personalities
This month was supposed to be a Bearington Bears event however the shipment of the new 2010 Fall collection has been delayed so the event has been rescheduled for next month.
Instead we are having a Charlie Bear Sale event that will include some really great specials and the chance for you to WIN a retired Limited Edition Isabelle Collection Chocolate Fondue.
Full details will be in our August Members newsletter just prior to the event.
- September 14th - Bearington Fall 2010
The latest designs just arrived from Bearington’s USA Fall Collection
of delightful bears dressed in warm winter tones.
- October 12th - Deans of England
The highlight of this evening will be a visit from Deans owners Neil & Barbara Miller for a special signing event. Neil & Barbara will also talk with members about their passion for teddies, their designs and the rich history of Deans as Britain’s oldest and most respected teddy bear manufacturers.
- November 9th - Korimco Toys
What’s not to love about Korimco’s fantastic range of super cuddly bears and animals.
If it’s bears you love or maybe dogs & cats are your scene the Korimco have designs that will delight you.
Wild animals of all varieties including some of the cuddliest jungle characters are also part of the extensive Korimco range of high quality, value for money plush toys.
- December 7th - Christmas Party - Russ Bears Australia
Our Christmas events have always been quite special and Russ who are hosting this event for the first time are planning something that they believe will make this a most memorable not to be missed event.
 We are also planning some weekend events for Cherished Teddies, Webkinz and Beanie Kids, dates and details for these extra events will advised in our regular monthly newsletters.
Each month we present a special event called TEDDIES on PARADE
themed around one of our favourite suppliers and their newest releases.

 We will be showcasing the latest arrivals from their famous Ganz Heritage Collection as well as offering some huge run out specials on the last remaining Ganz Cottage Collectable Range which are were retired in 2003.
With the sad decision by Ganz not to produce any new Cottage Collectables they are now becoming hard to find.
Now that they are retired the interest in them is bigger than ever as collectors scramble to get them before they are all finally gone for good.
The prices being achieved in overseas internet sales on Cottage Collectables are fast going up, this makes them a good investment proposition if you can bear to part with any of them in the future.

TEDDY BEAR MANUFACTURERS
Deans events over the past 10 years have been one of our more popular collectable bear nights, always providing a very
entertaining and informative event.
 No matter if you are a seasoned collector or just starting out these nights are a must if you love finding out the history and other interesting facts and stories behind some of the most collectable bears in the world.
This years event will be a really special occasion as we will have as our guest speakers Neil & Barbara Miller, the owners of Deans Bears who are making a special visit to Australia to see our fabulous store and meet with our members.
Both Neil & Barbara are distinguished bear artists and are responsible for many of the delightful and quirky bear designs in each years Dean’s Collections, Neil has also authored and published several books on teddy bears and is a wealth of information on all things teddy.
Barbara is planning some surprises for the night and is raiding the Dean’s museum for an extra special Buyers Prize for the evening and some pieces of Dean’s memorabilia as gifts for members attending this not to be missed Teddies on Parade event.

One of our most popular Members Events, our Christmas party - loads of fun, pressies for all and great pre Christmas specials.
Featuring loads of very cuddly bears and animals from one of our leading manufacturers.
The perfect opportunity to pick up some sensational Christmas shopping bargains.
This is a dress up fun night with great prizes for the best Christmas outfits so join in the fun and enjoy a
Christmas drink and nibbles.
Some members in past years have come dressed up as Christmas Trees or ornaments, Elves, Santa or Mrs Claus, Snowmen or just wearing some mistletoe or other Christmas garlands, this adds to the party atmosphere and members can win some great prizes.
If you don’t like dressing up for the party come along any way we always have lots of fun planned for this special event.
