What is a PDF.?

A PDF or Portable Document File is a method of securely saving and sending text and images so that the pictures and graphics compress enough to keep the file size small for fast sending and receiving. They should always open exactly as the sender laid it out.

I can’t open or view the PDF, Why?

A PDF will open automatically in ADOBE READER, or a similar program that most computers come loaded with now a days.

Some of the pictures are greyed out and wont display, Why?

These are rotating pictures with multiple images in the one picture frame that should display correctly on most systems but some may require a JAVA app let or plug in to be installed that is available as a free download from http://www.java.com/en/

I have received an e-mail advising that new items are now available but when I look at the members section nothing has changed and the new items don’t appear to be there, Why?

Some internet browsers don’t always update the cache if you have previously visited a page or site, you simply need to clear your internet cache and try again.

If you are still confused, call a teenager as they know every thing or consult your computers online help.
