To be able to quote you on any postage charges your CITY and COUNTRY is required.
If you are a member of Nana’s Teddies Collectors Club you must include your Membership number to recieve your members discounts.

We have over 15,000 designs available, most are in stock, if not we are happy to order it in for you
GST TAX EXEMPTION
Under Australian Tax Laws, Export Sales are exempt from Australian Goods and Services Tax.
As such your price in Australian dollars is 9% less than our advertised selling prices.

WE POST ORDERS WORLDWIDE
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We use Australia Post International Airmail Service.
Delivery is normally 5 -14 days to most countries.
Once we receive your enquiry we can give you a postal quote to your country based on the size & weight of your parcel.
All items are securely packed in a carton to protect them and are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
We can ship with no insurance if requested however all risk is then accepted by the customer and only very limited tracking is available for uninsured items.
