PRE-ORDER
POLICY

All newly released designs not currently in stock are available as a pre-order at this stage.

We are waiting on our allocations to arrive from our suppliers but at this stage we do not have a confirmed arrival date for these designs.
Charlie Bears can take 12 – 18 months from release date to arrive.
Other Brands we can normally give an indication when pre-ordering.
However we cannot guarantee exactly when any particular design will arrive.

You are most welcome to place a pre-order to ensure that you secure them from the allocations we have coming.

If you wish to proceed with a pre-order the cost of packaging and registered, fully insured postage to you will be quoted once the bear arrives in store. Combined postage is available if multiple items arrive together. We cannot be sure if they will all arrive together so postage will be quoted as they arrive.
International orders we are unable to quote postage in advance as it depends on the actual weight of the parcel and current postage rates.

We require a minimum 20% Non Refundable Deposit which will secure your bears for you.
The deposit is only forfeit should you cancel your pre-order
Normal members discounts and promotional prices do not apply to pre-orders.

Your final balance is due within 7 days of being notified of your bears arrival.

If it suits your budgeting better you may make payments on your pre-order until it arrives.
