CHARLIE BEARS DESIGNS NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK THAT MAY BE PRE-ORDERED

This catalogue section contains both Charlie Bear Plush designs and Isabelle Collection bears that either have not arrived in Australia yet or designs that have temporarily sold out and are coming back into stock.

We have only been able to secure limited allocations of most designs so if you see a bear that you would hate to miss out on we strongly recommend placing a pre-order which will guarantee you getting the designs that you like before they sell out.

Due to the global demand for these wonderful hand made bears being much greater than the Charlie Bears factories ability to supply straight away there has been a delay in deliveries of many designs.

As such we cannot give any estimates on delivery times for particular designs until we receive confirmation from Charlie bears that a container has shipped for Australia and the break down of what designs are in the shipment for us.

You may possibly have to wait several months for some plush designs to arrive depending on production schedules but be assured that once you have placed a pre-order you are guaranteed of getting your bears.

The Mohair Isabelle designs take longer to produce as each bear is handmade and due to the incredible demand for these bears, some previous designs have taken up to 12 months to arrive from their release date.

We require a minimum of 20% of the total being a Non Refundable Deposit which will secure your bears for you.
PLEASE NOTE:
The 20% deposit is Non Refundable only if YOU cancel your pre-order, if for any unforeseen reason we are unable to supply your choice then your full deposit would be credited back to you.
Normal members discounts and promotional prices do not apply to pre-orders unless you are paying in FULL at the time of ordering.

Your final balance is due within 7 days of being notified of your bears arrival.

Should you not complete as required your order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

If it suits your budgeting better you may make payments on your pre-order until it arrives.

Pre-orders will only be accepted on the condition that you understand there may be a longer than normal wait for your new bears to be hand made that is outside our control.
